Site Development

We have the required competence and expertise in the areas of civil works and site development, these include;

Site Survey

Provide survey and design services for raw land site development. These include; access roads, foliage removal, excess water removal, erosion control, tower layout and compound layout.

Site Planning & Layout

Provide service for the development of detailed site layout designs, encompassing all necessary aspects of a wireless communications site. This includes tower layout, equipment shelter layout (interior and exterior), required land area customized per each customer’s requirements, utility requirements and layout including emergency power options.

Zoning & Permit Assistance

Provide service, designs and drawings to assist our customers in all aspects of the permit process including utility coordination, professional engineering stamped designs for tower, other antenna support structures, equipment shelters, foundations, electrical and grounding details.
